This place is so good...I love the potato and the baby back ribs. I am never disappointed .

I ordered the combo which was rib, chipped chicken, and grilled chicken strips and fried okra and toasted bread. The only thing served hot was the okra. The chicken strips were only hot because it had to be prepared separately. The tea container was completely empty but when they finally made more, it was delicious. My friend complained all of her meat was barely warm too. The chipped barbecue was very dry. The plus side is they have disposable containers out so that you can take your food home and try to add something to make it better. We were highly disappointed because it was so delicious when they had a location in Macon years ago. Not a place we will go again.

My husband, 2 boys and myself had a great experience. Good is great, service was outstanding.

We had wings burgers chicken tenders. Everything was delicious and cooked fresh. Only thing is custom orders like no onions was not followed and dishes can come out with different delays. I got my wings right away but the burgers came out 15 min apart.

This place has the best food!!! They give you a lot also. I eat here at least once a week. I recommend it 100%

The wait on your food is so pitiful. I has came in and ordered a sandwich combo and after me 2 ladies ordered their food. They got their food before me and it took them 30-40 minutes to prepare my food. I will never be returning!

I got my food delivered and they gave me the wrong food then when I called 6 time they wouldnt answer the phone a single time finally got them to pick up the phone to not solve my problem thank for nothing

Had their lemon pepper wings and they were delicious! When I'm in the area I will be back! I like all of Shane's food it's all good. Parking is a bit tight but, don't let that scare you! Smaller than the Fayetteville location but, still as good!

Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is a LOUD place when there are lots of people/kids there.Lots of things were sticky including all the condiments, table and bathroom door. It needs a good cleaning.

This place is the BOMB! They are really friendly and usually pretty quick for take-out. A bit pricey (may need to add another $ in the profile). But, service and food can't be beat!

Friendly service but food was not quite as expected... We ordered a shack sampler to share. The chicken tenders were great - not greasy and flavorful. The pulled pork was watery and had no flavor. The ribs were tough and tasted like they had been baked. Nothing tasted smoked or grilled. The Brunswick stew also lacked flavor. The potato salad was okay but sweet. - food was okay. I walked in and like the decor... was hoping for excellent BBQ. Just missed the mark.

I came in tonight just after 9pm for a to-go order. Young lady up front was extremely nice and food was delicious! On a side note...waiting was quite entertaining. I thoroughly enjoyed the young man in the kitchen's rendition of Elton John's Benny & the Jets! You sir, made my night!!!!

Pricing good food was tasty. Definitely a interesting place to visit.

Was good food and clean restaurant but needs some sound proofing to absorb all the noise of others talking and loud group that was being extremely loud to get attention. Floors are concrete walls glass and ceiling mostly open and metal so sound just bounces and echoes maybe even amplified.

We ordered a sampler to go, got home the meat and toast were missing. We went back and they acted as if we would of driven all the way back to lie about not getting the ribs... didn’t reheat our sides or give us toast. Last time! Did something change here recently? Jeez.

Will never eat here again. We could not enjoy our food for flies everywhere. They were so bad we kept food covered with a paper towel when not getting a bite. They were landing on us. It was disgusting !!! I told employee and was told they've been trying to get exterminator out there. Weve also eaten at the Griffin location and had same fly problem but not as bad as this. Very disappointing as we've eaten at Shane's for years.

Ordered a big dad sandwich which comes on texas toast bread that is normaly toasted. On this visit the bread was not toasted. It would be nice to have consistency.

This location is hard to see especially bc their signage wasnt lit up. Its dwn a hill from main road. Prepare for a wait unless u call ahead with ur orders. Parking situation at this location is tight & limited. They have a big dining area & a take out area. The waitresses were very friendly & nice & were moving as quick as they could (only 2). We got take-out --our meals were exactly what I ordered-- Yea ! We got the Shane Sampler Platters. 3 ribs, 2 chic tenders, & bbq meat (1 chic & 1 pork). + 2 sides.This is a great choice if ur not sure what u want for dinner.... hah.... & leftovers r a winner.

10/13/2019Hello,I thought about stopping tonight. I could not get in the door before I lost my appetite. The two girls at the front watched me pull in and the reception I received I turned around and went back out the door to the car I went and subway down the block. I will never cater or eat at Shane's again. The service is always poor.

The place clean no flies spotted. Fast and friendly services. Large portions the slaw awesome but the pork was tasteless for my liking!!!!!

Great BBQ. Coleslaw was like the old time coleslaw. Ribs tender and very tasty. Pulled pork excellent. Baked beans had a very good flavor and the French fries rocked.

The service was great and the food was also but I didn’t give it 5 stars due to the fact my big daddy bread was not toasted and neither was anyone else’s. I later asked why the bread wasn’t toasted and she said they are doing the original Shane’s shack and you have to ask for it toasted. They should ask when you order it if you want it toasted or not.

I ordered the full rack of ribs and it was very good. I also ordered two boneless chicken dinners and a pulled pork dinner, which were also good. I ordered the food to go, and I really think there should be a separate line for dining in and a line for carry outs only. The parking is already very tight, and it would certainly eliminate the wait and expedite the entire process for all the customers. The price was very good also. Initially, I planned on using one of those delivery food services, but when I saw that the bill would have been 60 something versus 40 something, I decided to pick up the food myself. I normally would pay for the sheer convenience of sitting at home and waiting for the food, but wow! I did not know it was that much of a discrepancy in price! Order from their website instead!

Smoked wings were not a good choice. But traditional wings are awesome. My favorite is the Buff-Q sandwhich.

Had a good experience here on our lunch break. The food came out without much wait time after ordering. I ordered the Smoked Wings with Honey BBQ Sauce combo. They tasted great from the first wing to the last. Definitely will stop by if I'm in the area for lunch or even dinner.

Shane's Rib Shack has some of the best barbecue around. I really like how they have the dry BBQ then give you the choice of sauce you want on it I prefer something a little sweeter whereas my wife prefer something a little spicier so this is the perfect place to go. If you go to Shane's Rib Shack you must try their peach cobbler it is delicious

My wife and I love Shane's Rib Shack the barbecue is very good, love their honey barbecue sauce a must see if you are in Locust Grove or McDonough! Take the kids teach them what good barbecue is all about!!

My mom loves Shane's so we visit at least every other month. The food is delicious. The service was a bit lacking on our last visit but otherwise, we are usually happy.

Always fast/friendly service plus great tasting food.
